If you aren't ready to meet up with friends in person yet, you can always socialize with them using any video calling platform. This can include, Zoom, Facetime, Skype, and any other types of media where you can reach out to your friends. This of course isn't the same as being face-to-face, but any type of social interaction is healthy for the mind and the body. This will keep you from feeling lonely, isolated, and alone.
